Cancellation Policy

洗面台を使った後は髪の毛や汚れを掃除してください。
エアコンの基本設定温度は夏は27℃、冬は12℃です。
敷き電気毛布は各ベッドに全て用意しております。
特に冬季は室温が低い為、厚手の寝間着をお持ちください。
チェックイン前に到着の場合はコインロッカー（有料￥100）に荷物を預かれます。
※チェックインが遅くなる場合は２３時以降にメールまたは電話で連絡が必要です。
※新大阪駅、大阪空港、梅田バスターミナルに24時00分以降、関西空港に24時00分以降の到着の方は宿泊できません。

客室は２階以上のため、階段が上がれない方のお泊まりはできません。
２段ベッドのため、上り下りのご不自由な方はお泊りはできません。

空港からなんば間の移動には、 南海電鉄をお勧め致します。
入国審査所や荷物受取所、税関を通過後、到着ホールへお進みください
エレベーターまたは、エスカレーターにて 2 階へ移動してください
2 階に到達されましたら、建物を出て反対側の建物にかかる歩道橋を渡ってください
向かって左側の南海電鉄切符売り場にて、「なんば駅(終点)」までの切符をご購入ください
切符売り場の向かいの改札機から入駅し、エスカレーターでホームに降りてください
特急ラピート β は通常、1 番ホームから発車します 切符に記載の車両と座席番号を確認し、乗車ください
空港急行は通常、2 番ホームから発車します 座席指定はございません
南海なんば駅に到着後、エスカレーターにて地下街まで降りて下さい。そのままなんばウォークを通ってB２６番出口より徒歩５分です。
